This unit develops managers’ ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate a management project that addresses a real organisational issue or opportunity. Participants will explore how to identify and define a relevant management problem, establish clear project objectives, select appropriate research methods, gather and analyse evidence, and develop practical recommendations.
The unit focuses on applying structured project and research approaches to real workplace situations, enabling participants to demonstrate critical thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and effective problem-solving. Participants will also develop skills in presenting project findings and evaluating the potential impact of their recommendations on organisational performance.
